The purpose of this assessment is to support you in applying the Diamond Model of Shared Leadership using reflection and action. The assessment provides you with indicators of success for each component of the Diamond Model (Attention, Direction, Energy, and Congruence) at the three levels of application (Self, Other, Environment).  Rate yourself on a scale of 1-5. Read each statement and consider the level of confidence you have with each statement. Use a rating of 1 for Least Confident, 2 for Somewhat Confident, 3 for Confident, 4 for More Confident and rating of 5 for Most Confident.
