Our approach to experiential learning with horses is most suited for programs focused on developing advanced leadership capabilities, which includes refined abilities to notice self, others, and the environment, choose a direction based on what’s been noticed, set a pace for oneself and the team based on reality, and to communicate with clarity and authenticity.

 

Clients work with advanced equine experiential learning practitioners who facilitate transformational conversations that translate what horses have to share with us about shared leadership that provides real-time relevance for the participants.

 

The experience provides a safe environment for teams and groups to practice new learning using shared leadership to navigate uncertainty through full-day, half-day, or multi-day events. Each experience is customized to the needs and challenges of your organization.

The future of leadership development is integrative learning that identifies the needs of an organization and supports them through specific, measurable outcomes.

 

Our participants experience a virtual prep session and a full-day experience with horses. Because learning is not an event, it is a journey, we will continue to support your team through follow-up group coaching calls to apply the leadership skills your team develops to the real challenges you are facing in the workplace. (Executive coaching available separately)

 

The follow up with application conversations take place 30 and 90 days after the in person experience, to help participants integrate the insights gained and apply them directly to their work. These conversations provide an opportunity to discuss challenges, share best practices, and ensure the learning is effectively integrated into each participants’ leadership journey. 

Since novel thinking is best cultivated in novel environments we encourage you to use this unique experience to spark reflection and imagination for what current reality is making possible.
